Dear Guests,

my name is Markus Kärst and I am the Manager of the family business in the 5th generation.

After my education to become a cook and several years of travel through different kitchens and management positions in various restaurant and hotels, I found my way into the parental business in 2004. With a lot of commitment, hard work and passion, my team and I try to make your stay in our hotel and restaurant as pleasant as possible.

Next to my work in my own enterprise, I honorarily represent the interest of my colleagues in the hotel gastronomic area as chairman of the German Hotel & Gastronomic Association Remscheid as well as being a board member of the Bergischen Gastlichkeit and the marketing board in Lüttringhausen.
